At Choice to Build (CTB), we strive to provide accurate, logic-driven architectural consultancy through our Bhoomi Shastra platform. Since our services are digital and provided instantly, we follow the policy outlined below:

1. Cancellation Policy

Digital Reports: Once a payment is successfully processed and the report generation process has started, the order cannot be cancelled. This is because the digital analysis is performed in real-time.
Consultancy Services: For manual consultancy sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to be eligible for a reschedule.

2. Refund Policy

Since Choice to Build provides “Digital Goods” (instantly downloadable/viewable reports), we generally do not offer refunds once the report is delivered. However, we offer refunds in the following specific cases:

Technical Error: If the payment was successful but the system failed to generate the report due to a technical glitch, and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours.
Double Payment: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:

If the user provides incorrect data, blurry scans, or wrong dimensions during the Bhoomi Lens process.
If the user simply changes their mind after the report has been generated.
If the user’s device does not meet the technical requirements to view the digital PDF/Report.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund for a technical error, please email info@choicetobuild.com with your Transaction ID and a screenshot of the error.
Verified refund requests will be processed within 2 working days.
The actual credit to your account will take 5-7 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time (as per standard Razorpay/Banking norms).
