1. 1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing the website choicetobuild.com or using the Bhoomi Shastra application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

   2. Eligibility: You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

   3. Nature of Service: Choice to Build (CTB) provides architectural consultancy and logic-based Vastu analysis (Bhoomi Shastra). These digital reports are generated for guidance purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional structural engineering, soil testing, or municipal approvals.

   4. User Responsibility & Data Accuracy: Users are responsible for providing accurate inputs/scans through the Bhoomi Lens feature. The accuracy of the generated logic report depends entirely on the quality and accuracy of the data provided by the user.

   5. Intellectual Property: The tagline “Visioned by Dreams || Driven by Logics”, the Bhoomi Shastra methodology, and all app content are the exclusive intellectual property of Choice to Build. No part of the reports or logic frameworks may be reproduced without written consent.

   6. Limitation of Liability: Choice to Build and its Principal Consultant, SAMPATH KUMAR K, shall not be held liable for any construction failures, financial losses, or legal disputes arising from decisions made solely based on the digital reports without on-site professional supervision.

   7. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

   8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru or Hosur.
